hey walmart shoppers–beware of sexual predator at Elk Grove Ca walmart!
October 16, 2008It is a like a wispy grey “gossip” that has gone about the Elk Grove CA Walmart (#1697) for the past three years that Associate Manager “A” is a sexual predator. Most employees have laughed about it since they all know that Associate Manager “A” believes himself in being a ladies man and a player, most employees laugh at him behind his back about his beliefs that he’s God’s gift to women.
However this official at the Walmart #1697 in Elk Grove CA is far from being trustworthy. It is known that he will skulk about, following attractive women, leering at them and then making suggestive remarks to fellow coworkers. He has had at least four sexual harassment complaints, by customers, filed against him over the past year, however the store manager, “S” has conveniently allowed them to vanish. There are no records or files of these complaints against Associate Manager “A”, filed by customers because his best buddy, store manager “S” protects him.
Many female employees are his targets for flirtations, some accept the flirtations, some even flirt back with him. Yet in the end, a majority of his flirtations with the female employees of Walmart #1697 (Elk Grove, CA) are unwanted, and they’re afraid to lodge a complaint against him because they know that store manager “S” will just let it vanish.
There is no such thing as the “Open Door Policy” in Walmart. Though the Open Door Policy is noted as a way to speak to management without punishment, this is a false policy and often, in some way or the other the employee is punished. Some are eventually fired on charges which are lies, some are given work schedules that are unfair and some are transfered to other departments. The only fairness at Walmart is between the management, and for the management; not the workers.
It is for this reason that many employees at the Walmart #1697 in Elk Grove CA are afraid to go to store manager “S” with any complaint against the womanizing, insulting, sexual predator, Associate Manager “A”.
So if you should go to the Walmart #1697 in Elk Grove CA, just be aware that there is a sexual predator who lurks about in the form of one of the Associate Managers.

in honor of Isaac Hayes
August 11, 2008
It’s another sad day in Hollywood.
E! News has confirmed that Grammy- and Oscar-winning singer and songwriter Isaac Hayes passed away early Sunday morning in Memphis, Tenn., at the age of 65. The cause of death was not immediately known.
Police were called to the Hayes’ home when relatives found him unresponsive on the floor near a treadmill. The legendary musician was taken to Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, where he was pronounced dead at 2:08 a.m.
Hayes made history when he won the 1972 Oscar for Best Original Song for the theme song to Shaft, becoming the first African-American to win an Academy Award in a non-acting category. He also won two Grammy Awards that year for his musical work on the film. A third Grammy followed in 1973 for the album “Black Moses” and he was eventually inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002.
Hayes’ career experienced a resurgence in the late 1990s when he provided the voice of Chef on the hit Comedy Central series South Park. He played the smooth-talking, ladies-lovin’ chef from 1997 to 2006, until he clashed with the show’s creators, Matt Stone and Trey Parker, over the show’s treatment of Scientology.
Hayes, who was a Scientologist, was quoted as saying, “There is a place in this world for satire, but there is a time when satire ends and intolerance and bigotry towards religious beliefs of others begins.”
He appeared in episodes of The A-Team and Miami Vice, though his acting wasn’t limited to the small screen. Hayes also had roles in films such as Shaft (1971), Escape from New York (1981), I’m Gonna Git You Sucka (1988) and Johnny Mnemonic (1995).
In a tragic twist of fate, Hayes most recently filmed a small role playing himself in the upcoming movie Soul Man, starring Bernie Mac, who died yesterday at the age of 50 from pneumonia.
Hayes is survived by his wife, 12 children and 16 grandchildren.
